Return Policy

By purchasing a ticket to Brand Weekly Awards, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: No Refunds All ticket purchases are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, illness, or changes in travel plans. Event Changes The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, including but not limited to performers, speakers, schedules, or venue, without offering refunds. Postponement or Cancellation by Organizers In the unlikely event of postponement, purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If the event is cancelled by the organizers in its entirety, ticket holders may be entitled to a credit or alternative compensation as determined solely by the event organizers. Transfer of Tickets While refunds are not permitted, tickets may be transferable to another individual, subject to the event organizer’s approval and ticketing platform policies. Force Majeure The organizers shall not be liable for failure to perform, or any delay in performance, due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no refunds will be provided. Acknowledgement of Policy By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Non-Refund Policy.
